If you’ve booked online and have not provided your credit card, your appointment is not guaranteed and may be removed. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged a $50 late cancel fee. Missed appointments without notice of cancellation are charged the full cost of service, or in the case of a package, a session will be forfeited.
